Mayonnaise Recipe
Mayonnaise is an amazingly delicious recipe version. An easy to make recipe, you will simply find this Mayonnaise both mouth-watering and amazingly tempting.
Ingredients
3 egg yolks, at room temperature
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups vegetable oil
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
To make the mayonnaise, beat the egg yolks with a whisk or rotary or electric beater for 2 to 3 minutes until they thicken and cling to the beater.
Add the lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
Beat in the oil 1/2 teaspoon at a time until 1/4 cup is used, making sure each spoonful is absorbed.
Still beating, slowly add the test of the oil.
Gently fold the mayonnaise into the potatoes.
Taste for seasoning.
Garnish with egg slices and chopped parsley.
