 2 quarts crisp greens, torn into bite-size pieces
 Water chestnuts1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips
 1 medium-size mild red onion, sliced
 Grapefruit1
 Oranges2
 Cherry tomatoes1/2 pound, halved
 Cumin dressing
 Avocado1 Large

Directions

Mix greens and jicama in large salad bowl; arrange onion rings on top.
Peel grapefruit and oranges, remove all white membrane from sections, and arrange sections atop onions along with tomatoes.
Cover; chill for 1 to 2 hours.
Meanwhile, make cumin dressing; set aside.
