Mayan Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 quarts crisp greens, torn into bite-size pieces | ||
| Water chestnuts | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cut into strips | |
| 1 medium-size mild red onion, sliced | ||

| Cherry tomatoes | 1/2 pound, halved | |
| Cumin dressing | ||
| Avocado | 1 Large | |
Directions
Mix greens and jicama in large salad bowl; arrange onion rings on top.
Peel grapefruit and oranges, remove all white membrane from sections, and arrange sections atop onions along with tomatoes.
Cover; chill for 1 to 2 hours.
Meanwhile, make cumin dressing; set aside.
