Maui Pickled Shrimp Recipe

| Shrimp | 1 1⁄2 Pound, cleaned (cooked) | |
| Parsley | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), minced | |
| Salad oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| White wine vinegar | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash |

Directions
Blend together other ingredients and pour over shrimp.
Chill at least an hour before serving (overnight is best) stirring once or twice.
To serve, line a tray with ti leaves or what have you, and set a small bowl of Chinese mustard in center.
Heap drained shrimp around bowl and garnish with flowers.
Use picks to dunk through sauce.
