Maui Linguica Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/2 Pound, grated | |
| Linguica | 1/4 Pound, spiced | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Toast rounds | ||
Directions
Blend cheese, linguica and egg in mixing bowl.
Pile mixture on bread rounds (that have been toasted on one side).
Place under broiler until bubbly and hot, approximately 4 to 5 mins
