Maui Linguica Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese,grated
1/4 lb. linguica, chopped fine (spiced Italian or Mexican chorizo sausage)
1 egg, slightly beaten
Toast rounds
Directions
Blend cheese, linguica and egg in mixing bowl.
Pile mixture on bread rounds (that have been toasted on one side).
Place under broiler until bubbly and hot, approximately 4 to 5 mins
