Directions
1. Poke holes on a raw egg on both ends.
2. Blow the egg into the bowl or you can crack the egg into the bowl.
3. Whisk the egg well.
4. Hold the matzo cracker under running water and soften it.
5. Put the softened cracker in the whisked egg.
6. Heat a frying pan, and drop the butter in it and let it melt
7. Pour the Matzo Brei mixture in it.
8. Cook the way you would cook scrambled eggs stirring frequently until cooked.
SERVING
9. Serve warm
