Ingredients
5 grams cashewnuts
10 grams chilli pdr
1 springs coriander leaves
10 grams coriander pdr
30 ml cream
5 grams cumin
10 grams cumin pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
5 piece gr chillies
3 pinch kastoori methi
20 ml oil
1 number onion
225 grams Paneer Indian cheese
100 grams peas
1 to taste salt
1 ml tomatoes
1 pinch turmeric
1 pinch whole garam masala
Directions
1. fry cashew onions and tomatoes gingergarlic turmeric
2. blend onion ginger and garlic tomatoes cashew together.
3. Blend tomatoes into a paste.
4. Heat oil in a sauce pan add cumin and masla paste
5. chilli powder, coriander and salt and continue to fry for another 2 min.
6. Add boiled peas and stir to mix with the spices.
7. Add water and bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low flame for 5 min.
8. Add fried paneer and simmer for 10 min more. add cream
9. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapathis, naan or parathas. Serves upto six people.

Hi,
do we also add khoya in matar paneer?
also some recipes have poppy seeds and khus khus added to matar paneer..
I wanted to learn the restaurent like matar paneer.

i do mutter paneer with fried paneer and also prefer to use fried baby potatoes instead of paneer.
