Massaman Curry Paste-Mae Sri Brand
 
Chaokoh Coconut Milk
 
Chicken
 
White Onions
 
Potatoes
 
Raw Peanuts
 
Palm Sugar
 
Salt

Directions

Heat coconut milk in a pan. When it bubbles add massaman curry paste and mix well.
Cook for few minutes and add chicken, potatoes, onions, coconut milk, water.
Stir it and add plam sugar. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Then add salt and peanuts. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve it with rice.
