Masitha keerai Recipe
This is one type of preparation of Spinach. It is very good for health and you can add like 2 tbsp of this to plain white rice with some ghee, mix and enjoy.

Ingredients
| Spinach leaves | 1 Small | |
| Chopped tomato | 1 | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄2 | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Dried red chillies | 3 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry leaves | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
* In pressue cooker put washed and chopped spinach leaves, chopped tomato, chopped onion, dry red chillies, peeled garlic flakes and salt and very little water like around less than 1/4 cup. Cook for 2 sounds.
* Open the cooker after full steam goes , cool it and coarse grind it in mixie for 2-3 sec, and take it in a bowl.
* In a pan pour 2 tsp oil and put mustard seeds , let it splutter and then put urad dal and curry leaves and pour this in grind spinach mix.
* Enjoy it with hot plain white rice and a tsp of ghee.
