Ingredients

 4 boiling potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
 Skim milk6 Tablespoon
 Dried dill leaves1 Teaspoon
 Carrots2 Large, cut in to chunks
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
Drain potatoes and carrots and return to pot.
Mash with a large fork or potato masher.
Stir in milk, dill, and black pepper.
