Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot of salted, boiling water, add in the rutabaga and onions. Cook till they turn soft.
2) Drain the vegetables.
3) In a large bowl, mash them well.
4) Add in the butter or margarine along with salt and pepper. Beat well to mix all the ingredients.

SERVING
