Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot boil the potatoes for around 20 minutes or until easily pierced with a fork. Drain the excess water and mash the potatoes.
2. Add 4 tablespoon butter, white pepper powder and 1/2 cup milk and mash until well mixed and smooth. Taste and season with salt.

SERVING
3. In a serving plate, garnish with green onions (if desired) and serve the mashed potatoes with any meat dish.
