Directions

MAKING
1. In a large stock pot, pour water add potatoes, allow to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
2. Drain the potatoes and place in the same pot. Add salt, spread and non dairy milk (1/2 cup)
3. Using a potato masher, mash to get a smooth and creamy consistency, add more milk if required.

SERVING
4. Top with a dollop of non hydrogenated spread and serve.
