Mashed Potato Boats Recipe

| Powder | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion, to taste | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Garlic powder, to taste | ||

| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Canola oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Nutritional yeast | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Bake potatoes at 350°F (180°C) until soft.
Scoop potato pulp into a bowl, leaving skins intact for boat.
Mash pulp.
Add Solait Powder, onion, salt and garlic powder, to taste.
If too stiff, add water.
Saute onions, red bell peppers and celery in canola oil.
Add onion mixture to mashed potatoes.
Add margarine and yeast, if desired.
Place mashed mixture back into skins, sprinkle with paprika.
Reheat if necessary, covered, in hot oven until piping hot.
