Ingredients

 Bengal gram200 Gram, soaked over night and sprouted (preferaably brown bengal gram)
 Onions2 , chopped
 Oil6 Tablespoon
 Tomatoes1 , chopped
 Green chillies2 , each cut into two pieces
 Garlic1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Teaspoon (haldi)
 Red chilli powder4 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Coriander2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Capsicum1⁄2 , sliced vertically
 Water1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

Boil the grams and keep aside (Pls do not add salt while boiling)
Heat the pan and put oil in it, add garlic, onions, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
When onions turn soft, add tomatoes and fry.
When tomatoes turn soft, add Capsicum and fry.
Add green chillies and and chaana, put water and cover it for ten minutes.
Add corainder and serve hot.
