Masaledar Chana Recipe
Ingredients
| Bengal gram | 200 Gram, soaked over night and sprouted (preferaably brown bengal gram) | |
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Oil | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Tomatoes | 1 , chopped | |
| Green chillies | 2 , each cut into two pieces | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Turmeric powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon (haldi) | |
| Red chilli powder | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Coriander | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Capsicum | 1⁄2 , sliced vertically | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Heat the pan and put oil in it, add garlic, onions, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.
When onions turn soft, add tomatoes and fry.
When tomatoes turn soft, add Capsicum and fry.
Add green chillies and and chaana, put water and cover it for ten minutes.
Add corainder and serve hot.
