Directions
1 Wash the Rajma beans thoroughly.
2 In a large bowl, add rajma beans with a large pinch of soda-bi-carb and water.
3 Let soak overnight.
MAKING
4 In a pan, transfer the rajma along with the water in which it was soaked.
5 Boil until tender.
6 Strain out the liquid.
7 In a large frying pan, heat oil.
8 Add in the onion, ginger, green chillies and fry till light brown.
9 Add in the tomatoes and cook until soft.
9 In a bowl, beat curd.
10 Add to the frying pan along with rajma and salt.
11 Cook for a few minutes gradually adding in the strained water.
12 Bring to a boil and add cream and garam masala.
SERVING
13 Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
