Masala Peanut Recipe
Ingredients
| Salted peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (I Used Planters Spanish Peanuts) | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄2 Medium | |
| Tomato | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Chopped cilantro | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper powder | 1 Pinch | |
| Lemon juice/Lime juice | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Can Use More Or Less As Per Your Taste) | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon |

Directions
put them together in a bowl. Add oil, chilli pwd, pepper and toss well
Add the peanuts and lemon juice. Mix it well. Season with salt.
Enjoy it as a starter.
( NOTE: be careful not to put excess salt as the peanuts which are being used are salted ones )
