 Salted peanuts1 Cup (16 tbs) (I Used Planters Spanish Peanuts)
 Chopped onion1⁄2 Medium
 Tomato1 Small, finely chopped
 Chopped cilantro1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Pepper powder1 Pinch
 Lemon juice/Lime juice1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Can Use More Or Less As Per Your Taste)
 Oil2 Teaspoon

Chop Onion, Tomato and cilantro finely.
put them together in a bowl. Add oil, chilli pwd, pepper and toss well
Add the peanuts and lemon juice. Mix it well. Season with salt.
Enjoy it as a starter.
( NOTE: be careful not to put excess salt as the peanuts which are being used are salted ones )
