Chef Suvir Saran of Dévi is a real favourite of mine, so this is a fun video! How perfec a masala mealoaf. I would also add some ground veal as it lends a lovely texure and flavor with pork and beef. I espcially likefrigthe breadcrumbs. I usually carmelize he onions and garlic for a meatlof.
I am going to make this next weekend ven if my inlaws don't care for spicey
