Ingredients

 Broiler800 Gram, cut into pieces
 Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon
 Shelled cardamoms10
 Ginger piece1⁄2
 Garlic8 Clove (40 gm)
 Boiled onions2
 Kashmiri red chilies5
 Yoghurt1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Oil3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Directions

Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients except oil for 1 hour.
In a serving dish mix the chicken with oil and microwave covered without water for 30 minutes, medium 50% power turning over the chicken pieces a few times.
TO BOIL ONIONS:
Microwave skinned onions in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Use as required
