Masala Elaichi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
800 gms. broiler cut in pieces
1 tsp garam masala powder
GROUND TOGETHER
10 shelled cardamoms
1/2 piece ginger
8 cloves garlic
2 boiled onions
5 Kashmiri chillies
1/2 cup yoghurt
Salt
3/4 cup oil
Directions
Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients except oil for 1 hour.
In a serving dish mix the chicken with oil and microwave covered without water for 30 minutes, medium 50% power turning over the chicken pieces a few times.
TO BOIL ONIONS:
Microwave skinned onions in 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Use as required
