Ingredients

 Fennel seeds5 Gram
 Cinnamon stick piece1
 GREEN CARDAMOM 3 - 4 PIECES

 SUGAR TO TASTE
 MILK AS REQUIRED
 Water1 (As required)

Directions

1. Add the fennel seeds, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.
2. Stick to the water and boil.
3. Add teabags to boiling water and let it seep. Then strain.
4. Add sugar and milk as per your own requirements.
5. Drink and enjoy after Indian meals it will aid in the digestion.
