Masala Ni Chai Recipe
Ingredients
| Tea | 6 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch, crushed | |
| Cardamoms | 6 | |
| Cloves | 6 | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Inch | |
| Sugar to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients except tea in a pan and bring to boil.
Boil steadily for 2-4 minutes.
Remove from fire and strain.
Add tea and allow to stand for two minutes.
Pour into cups and serve with or without milk as desired.
