Masala Bhara Mirchi Recipe
Ingredients
| Capsicums or big 340 gm. | ||
| Green chillies (4 large) | ||
| Bengal Gram | 30 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onion | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Garlic a few flakes | ||
| Ginger a small piece | ||
| Green chillies | 5 (Grind) | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Bunch (100gm) (Grind) | |
| Turmeric a pinch | ||
| Chilli powder a pinch | ||
| Salt | To Taste (Grind) | |
| Fat | 50 Gram (Grind) | |
Directions
1. Soak gram overnight.
2. Slit capsicums lengthwise. Remove seeds.
3. Slice onion, grind spices.
4. Mix together gram, sliced onion and ground spices and lightly fry in a little fat.
5. Stuff capsicums with the fried filling.
6. Heat remaining fat. Place capsicums neatly in it. Cover and cook over a slow fire. Sprinkle water occasionally if necessary.
7. Cook till tender. Add a little more fat and finish cooking.
