Ghee-1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Onion-1 large, chopped
Potatoes-8 ounces, boiled, peeled and diced
Curry leaves -2
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1)In a pan, heat ghee and add mustard seeds. Let them splatter.
2)Add turmeric, onion, potatoes and the curry leaves. Saute until soft.
3)Add salt and chili powder, mix it. Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until all the ingredients are well blended.
SERVING
4)Fill the potato stuffing into the dosa and serve.
