Marzipan Recipe
Ingredients
| Blanched almonds | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley blanched | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Almond extract | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 to 2 egg whites, beaten until foamy | ||
Directions
Mix almonds with confectioners' sugar.
Add almond extract and egg white, 1 teaspoon at a time, until almonds can be kneaded into a paste.
Tint, if desired.
