Ingredients

 Blanched almonds1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley blanched
 Confectioner’s sugar3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Almond extract1/4 Teaspoon
 1 to 2 egg whites, beaten until foamy

Directions

Mix almonds with confectioners' sugar.
Add almond extract and egg white, 1 teaspoon at a time, until almonds can be kneaded into a paste.
Tint, if desired.
