Mary's Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen hash brown cubes (do not thaw)
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions
Mix soup, sour cream and 1 stick margarine together.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper; mix well.
Pour into greased shallow baking dish.
Pour 1/2 stick butter over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or less.
