Maryland Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound backfin crab meat | ||
| 1 rib celery, minced | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Remove cartilage from crab meat, leaving meat in chunks.
Combine crab, celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix gently.
Serve on lettuce leaves or use to stuff tomatoes.
