|All purpose flour/Unbleached / self-rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Margarine/Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Chopped nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Creamy milk chocolate mix/Fudge frosting mix||10 Fluid Ounce (1 Package)|
|Instant malted milk mix||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg.
Mix at low speed until crumbly; stir in nuts.
Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; press remainder in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour over crumb crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over filling.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Chill; cut into bars.
