Marvelous Malted Milk Bars Recipe

| Butter margarine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |

| Nuts | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1 pkg. Creamy Milk Chocolate or Fudge Frosting Mix | ||
| 1/3 cup instant malted milk mix | ||
| 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (FILLING) | |
| Egg | 1 (FILLING) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, margarine and egg.
Mix at low speed until crumbly; stir in nuts.
Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture; press remainder in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; beat at medium speed until smooth.
Pour over crumb crust.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over filling.
Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Chill; cut into bars.
