Marshmallow Surprise Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Miniature marshmallows package | 1 | |
| 2 oranges, sectioned | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine juice with sugar, flour and eggs.
Cook until thickened.
Add marshmallows to hot mixture.
Cool.
Fold in pineapple, oranges, pecans and whipped milk.
Refrigerate until firm
