Ingredients

 
Cream- 1 pint
 
Top milk- 1 cup
 
Marshmallows- 6
 
Nut meats- 1/2 cup, chopped
 
Powdered sugar- 3/4 cup
 
Maraschino cherries-7, cut in pieces
 
Vanilla- 1/2 teaspoon
 
Egg white- 1, beaten

Directions

MAKING
1.Warm the milk, add marshmallows and beat well to dissolve, then chill.
2.Beat egg-white and fold in with the sugar and vanilla.
3.Beat cream very stiff, and fold in, together with the nuts and cherries.
4.Pack in ice and salt or freeze in the trays of the mechanical refrigerator not less than two and a half hours.
SERVING
5.Serve with strawberries
