 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Marshmallows8
 Egg white1
 Peppermint- 1 drop oil
 Green coloring matter- as required

Directions

MAKING
1.Make a thin syrup of the sugar and water (220°-230° F.).
2.Cut the marshmallows in quarters and add to the syrup.
3.Pour the mixture over the egg-white gradually, beating vigorously.
4.Add the flavoring and tint a delicate green.
SERVING
5.Serve with chocolate ice cream.
