Marshmallow Meringue Recipe
Ingredients
| Marshmallows | 24 | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Heat marshmallows in milk until half melted, stirring constantly.
Remove fromheat fold until smooth.
Beat egg whites, add sugar gradually, continue beating until stiff.
Add salt and vanilla.
Blend two mixtures together and spread over pie.
Bake in very hot oven (450 F.) for 1 minute or until brown.
