Marshmallow Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 cup tiny marshmallows | ||
| Whipping cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Beat egg yolks; add next 4 ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat till marshmallows melt and mixture thickens.
Cool thoroughly.
Stir till smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
