Marshmallow Cheese Delight Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 package lemon flavored gelatin
1 package orange flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 can apricots, drained and quartered, liquid reserved
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained, liquid reserved
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Lettuce
Pineapple Topping
1 cup dessert topping or 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and apricot liquid.
Chill until almost firm.
Fold in fruits and marshmallows.
Pour into a 2 1/2 quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold salad on lettuce, and spread with Pineapple Topping.
Spread dessert topping or whipped cream over Pineapple Topping.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add cold water and apricot liquid.
Chill until almost firm.
