Marshmallow Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light corn syrup | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Food coloring, if desired | ||
Directions
In small mixer bowl, beat egg white until foamy.
Add salt and sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
Measure syrup in 1-cup measure.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute or until mixture boils.
Pour over egg white, continuing to beat until frosting is stiff.
Beat in vanilla and desired food coloring.
Spread on cooled cake.
Frosts 8 or 9-inch Square or Layer Cake
