Marshmallow Crispy Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows package | 1 | |
| 5 cups crispy rice cereal | ||
Directions
In 3-quart casserole place butter.
Microwave at high (10) 1 minute to melt.
Add marshmallows.
Cover.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir until butter is melted and marshmallows are well blended.
Add cereal.
Stir until well coated.
Press warm mixture evenly and firmly into lightly buttered 2-quart oblong glass dish.
Use wax paper or buttered spatula to press firmly into an even layer.
Cut into squares when cool.
