Ingredients

 BASE
 1 pkg. Plus Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened
 Egg1
 Nuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
 Miniature marshmallows3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (FROSTING)
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (FROSTING)
 Butter margarine2 Tablespoon, softened (FROSTING)
 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon (FROSTING)

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, margarine and egg at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.
Stir in nuts (batter will be thick).
Spread in prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with marshmallows.
Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows begin to puff.
Cool.
In small saucepan, combine sugar, milk and margarine.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth.
Pour evenly over marshmallows.
Cool completely.
