Marshmallow Cheese Luncheon Salad Recipe

1 package lime gelatin
 
1 cup boiling water
 
1 cup minature marshmallows
 
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
Pinch of salt
 
1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
 
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
 
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped

Directions

Pour gelatin into boiling water, add marshmallows and stir well.
Put into a 6-cup mold and refrigerate until almost firm.
Thoroughly cream the cheese with sugar and add to the gelatin.
Add lemon juice, salt, pineapple and nuts.
Fold in cream.
Chill until firm.
