Ingredients

 
24 large marshmallows, quartered
 
1 tbsp (15 ml) 15% cream
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped nuts
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped dates
 
24 cherries, cut into pieces
 
1 cup (250 ml) grated coconut

Directions

–  In top of double-boiler, melt marshmallows in cream.
–  Stir in the other ingredients, omitting coconut.
–  Refrigerate 1 hour.
–  Shape into small balls and roll in grated coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
