Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dry cocoa
3/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups hot coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Whipped cream or ice cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar with 2 tablespoons cocoa in bottom of 8x8x2 inch ovenproof glass dish.
Add hot coffee; stir to dissolve.
Sprinkle marshmallows over liquid.
Sift dry ingredients and remaining 2 tablespoons cocoa together; add sour cream and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon batter over mixture in pan stirring only to form a marbled mixture.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
