Directions

In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar and salt until lemon colored.
Stir in marsala.
Cook in double boiler over simmering water.
Beat constantly with rotary beater until mixture foams up and begins to thicken.
Turn into sherbet glasses and chill until serving time.
