| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cracker crumbs | ||
Directions
Beat marrow until creamy.
Beat in butter.
Stir in eggs, salt, and paprika.
Add enough cracker crumbs, about 1/2 cup, to make mixture stiff enough to shape into balls.
Roll mixture into small balls about the shape of a walnut.
Drop balls into simmering soup and simmer for 15 minutes, or until balls rise to surface of soup.
Use as soup garnish.
