Marmalade Cream Wiches Recipe
Ingredients
8 individual frozen waffles
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 pint vanilla ice cream (in rectangular carton)
Directions
Toast waffles; cool to room temperature.
Mix marmalade and nuts.
Spread mixture on one side of waffles.
Cut ice cream into 4 slices.
Sandwich one slice between two waffles with marmalade toward inside.
Top with more marmalade, if desired.
