Marmalade Butter Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup orange or lemon marmalade
Directions
Let butter or margarine stand at room temperature until softened. In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter or margarine and marmalade until blended.
Cover and refrigerate.
To use, let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to soften for easier spreading.
