Directions
GETTING READY
1. Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 5, 375°F (190°C).
2. Wash, and core the apples.
MAKING
3. Create a slit in skin around the center.
4. Spoon the sultanas into the slit.
5. Take a small saucepan and heat the orange juice and marmalade, and spoon it over the apples.
6. Arrange the apples over the buttered dish and bake for about 35 minutes. Baste the apples once or twice during the cooking time.
SERVING
Serve the baked apple marmalade hot as a lunch dessert.
