Ingredients
2 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
2 eggs
1 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt Ketchup
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, together in bowl; put into loaf pan.
With your finger, poke 3 holes across the top.
Fill the holes with ketchup and also spread across the top.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook for 50 to 60 minutes.
When cooked, remove from loaf pan and cool, then slice.
