. Add flour and beat thoroughly to develop very soft dough. Allow to stand 1 hour. If dough appears to be too soft to work with, stir in flour to make dough of desired consistency. Roll out and shape into rolls; then place in well-buttered pan to rise. Allow to rise in warm place for at least 1 hour, until dough has doubled in bulk. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Note: To keep Parker House rolls from popping open, stretch out rounds, then fold over so that top laps slightly over bottom.
