Marjoram Broiled Lamb Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lamb leg steak, about 3/4-inch thick (8 ounces) | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon leaf marjoram, crumbled | ||
Directions
1. Trim all fringe fat from steak with a sharp knife. Slash edges to prevent curling during broiling.
2. Sprinkle steak with garlic salt and pepper. Press marjoram onto both sides. Place steak on the rack of broiler pan.
3. Broil, 3 inches from the heat, 8 minutes to the side, or to desired degree of doneness.
