Marion House Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 2 | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can Royal Anne cherries, pitted and halved | ||
| Maraschino cherries | 1 Bottle (1l), halved | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Beat egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar.
Whip cream with remaining sugar.
Combine all ingredients; chill until firm.
