Easy Mariner'S Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 12 ounces cooked white fish, cut into 1" chunks | ||
| 1 carrot, cut into 1 1/2-long julienne pieces | ||
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon | 1 , sliced | |
Directions
In a large bowl, gently combine the spinach, fish, carrots and onions.
For the dressing, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
Drizzle the dressing over the spinach mixture.
Gently toss until coated.
