 Spinach5 Cup (16 tbs)
 12 ounces cooked white fish, cut into 1" chunks
 1 carrot, cut into 1 1/2-long julienne pieces
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Minced parsley1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 Lemon1 , sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, gently combine the spinach, fish, carrots and onions.
For the dressing, in a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.
Drizzle the dressing over the spinach mixture.
Gently toss until coated.
