 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Medium cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup, grated

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 400-degrees fahrenheit

MAKING
2 For the sauce: in top of double boiler, mix all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
3 In a 2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of crab, vegetables, chips and cheese sauce, ending with chips.
4 Cover and refrigerate.
5 Bake uncovered in oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.

SERVING
6 Serve hot.
