|Pimento||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Drained mushrooms||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Potato chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), slightly crushed|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Medium cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|

1 Preheat the oven to 400-degrees fahrenheit
2 For the sauce: in top of double boiler, mix all the ingredients and stir until smooth.
3 In a 2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of crab, vegetables, chips and cheese sauce, ending with chips.
4 Cover and refrigerate.
5 Bake uncovered in oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.
6 Serve hot.
