Combine first 7 ingredients; pour into a shallow dish.
Add meat, turning to coat.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove meat from marinade.
Broil 6inches from heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
